Product Warranty
SFPPlaza strive to ensure all products meet rigorous quality and reliability standards. We warrant to the original buyer that each of our fiber optic products and associated components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified in the table below, starting from the shipment date.
This warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Except for the express terms stated in this warranty statement, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall our company be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, fees or expenses arising from the use or performance of the delivered products. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from careless operation or improper handling of the goods.

This warranty only applies to goods purchased directly via our official website or authorized marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. If you bought products from third-party distributors or resellers, please reach out to them for their respective warranty terms.
The warranty shall be void in the following scenarios:
– Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or other man-induced damage.
– Damages caused by collision, fire, lightning strike, flood, other natural disasters or human negligence.
– Damage resulting from incorrect installation, abuse, improper use, or operation within extreme/unsuitable working environments.
