Customs clearance will be processed by the courier at your destination country (and sometimes at transit countries). You need to remain reachable if the courier contacts you for inquiries or clearance verification. It is your obligation to learn about the import rules of your destination country prior to ordering.

The courier will manage customs documents and clearance procedures. They may reach out to you to confirm shipment information in some scenarios. SFPPlaza will provide full support if extra documentation is needed for customs clearance. Local sales tax and import duty will be assessed once goods arrive in your country. In many instances no payment is required, but if applicable, you will receive a separate tax invoice upon receipt of your goods.
